Distribution Rights Verification, but no link to download?

Hi,

I completed the Distribution Rights form twice, once in Dec 06, once in Jan 07. Both times I received the email where they verify your email address and give you a verification code. You then click on a hyperlink to a CGI script on the Adobe site, and if the code is valid it takes you to a page saying "Thanks" and says they will send you a further email within two working days, but this final email never arrives...

I spoke to Adobe Customer Services and they said it's an "automated process" and they don't know why I'm not receiving the further email with the link to the full download.

Any ideas?

The CGI script verifies my code and then takes me to this page

After than, nothing happens...
