Adobe Reader 8 Fonts

I have created a transform MST using the Adobe Customisation Wizard to install Adobe Reader 8 msi. This works fine, but as we have resctricted users from using the Auto updater how can we apply additional fonts that are required. For e.g. viewing Japanese PDF documents some work (where fonts are embedded) but some do not.

Ideally we would like to know if there is an MSP file that can be applied with the additional fonts (or any other means that you may be aware of)

Thanks.
