Whenever I try to install the Reader V8 on my system running XP I get an error message from "Netopsystem Size Optimizer 1.0" saying that the installation failed for unknown reason with an Info ID: 6717.439.02.2.10054. This is happening when the kit unpacks (first thing after double-clicking the downloaded kit). Any ideas?
