I downloaded and installed Reader 8.0 onto my Windows [SP2] system. Later, I ran Norton SystemWorks' WinDoctor and received the following two error messages: 1) "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" cannot access a necessary file, msvcp80.dll.; 2) "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" cannot access a necessary file, msvcr80.dll. Norton could not repair these errors. Therefore, I deleted 8.0, and again downloaded it and installed it. After running Norton WinDoctor again, I received the same error messages. What is causing the problem, and how is it corrected?
