How to insert Signature in Reader 8?

I created PDF document with Acrobat Professional 7.0. I inserted Blank signature field in Acrobat Professional 7.0
Now I need to have reader 8 insert the signature. But I don�t have the option in Reader 8 to insert the signature. What am I doing wrong? I am going everything under HELP menu but Reader 8 doesn�t give me the option to insert the sig.

What can I do to make this happen?
