Thanks for the suggestion, MarkATS, unfortunately that makes no difference. I've tried IE6, IE7 (uninstalled, reinstalled, every security feature turned off, etc...) and uninstalled & reinstalled the Reader v8 several times but no difference - the license page just won't let me press any buttons.
