Hi all, I have a user who is attempting to insert a PDF file as an object into an MS Word document. The process they use is as follows. In MS Word, select Insert > Object. Select 'Create from file' tab. Click on browse and select the file. Click on OK. At this point, the user recieves the following error message. 'This object was created in AcroExch. This application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed." This error is appearing on a Citrix farm that has MS Office, Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat installed. The Adobe Reader and Acrobat have been upgraded from previous versions (about 8 months ago). Does anyone have any pointers as to the cause of this?
