Suppose I am creating a PDF document using some tool (like pdflatex). I write 1 page of it. I produce a pdf out of it, with links and so on, and I open this pdf with reader. Then I write another page, and when I want to change the document, but when I try to overwrite the old and outdated pdf file, it is not possible since reader locked it for editing. Some other previewers open the document but do not lock the file. If the user changes the file, it should detect that the file changed (timestamp newer than before) and it should update the preview to get the new content. Reader should watch the file for changes, not lock it.
