I was sent a file to print in pdf format. I never have problems with printing but for some reason the following message came when I first opened the document: "An unrecognized token A was found" Then, when I click okay, another window pops ups and says: Cannot extract the embedded font ZZQSYL+TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT. Some characters may not display or print correctly. The 68 page document is missing much of the wording and I don't know what to do!!! I had 6.0 downloaded then I uninstalled that and upgraded to 7.0 and the problem still exists. I have Windows XP Pro 2002. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the document was corrupted. This happens occasionally when pdf files are sent via email.. Mike

Let me tell you the situation and you tell me if you still think it may have been corrupted. I print loan documents and the first set was sent from the lender to escrow. Escrow then sent it to me. I had the escrow company see if they could open the pdf, and they were able to, so could it have gotten corrupted when it was forwarded to me from escrow????? Thanks for your input!!

There are really only two likely possibilities, since the message tells you the file is bad: the file started bad, or the file got bad later. It is very common for files to be damaged by the e-mail process. Aandi Inston
