object of the RuleAboveWidth element the value display by the spy of VB 6.0 is 
<STRONG>idRuleColumnWidth</STRONG> but if I export the value like I have to do 
hte final value in the external file is <STRONG>1802270564</STRONG></FONT></DIV>

had declare Dim usedParaStyle As InDesign.Paragraph</FONT></DIV>

not wrong , if later I want to use the numeric one there will not error
