I think what's happening when you only get the first record (though I don't know why it would be the first) is that your repeat loop is *replacing* the contents of the text frame each time it executes. You'll only ever get one cell's text into the text frame that way.

So what you want is either to build up a single string in a repeat loop over the cells in Filemaker:

tell application "FileMaker Pro"
  tell database 1
    set theData to ""
repeat with i from -1 to recCount
set theData to theData & cell "ProductName" of record i & tab
    end repeat
  end tell
end tell

Or, when you add the text in InDesign, add it to the end of the text in the text frame:

set contents of insertion point -1 of text frame "ProductName" to theName

Could you try either of these, and if you are still having problems, post your script as it stands now to the forum?

Alan
