I was trying the "Make Catalog" script of the DTP Utilities mentioned in posting#1. Unfortunately I do not see any chance to enter a page edit or import menu in the little application. It just offers a "Quit", "Copy", "Paste" and "Font" menu - but nothing like the page edit options palette as shown in the enclosed documentation. What's going wrong with me or it?
