Readers of this thread may be interested in the time that ID takes to assemble a book of 300 pages, each with approximately one graphic frame and two or three text frames --- about 900 files in all. While it starts at a trot taking about a second per page, by the end of the run, pages were taking about 15 seconds each. From pressing the "run" button to a completed book: 1hr 10mins.
