Hello all, Perhaps this is really an issue for the Acrobat forum, but since the documents are created in InDesign and I'm subscribed to this list... If I print the document to my Tally color laser printer from InDesign directly, the color is perfect. I use the Tally-supplied ppd file. If I print to distiller, then use Acrobat to print the file, the colors are washed-out, and black is dark gray. It also kind of looks like black is printed as cmy, not k. I've tried everything I can think of, including many tests with various Acrobat color settings, under the "advanced" tab of the print dialog box. I also tried different color settings when using distiller. Generally I use the default "press" option. I do have some pdf files which print perfectly to the Tally, but I can't figure out what is different about them! Thanks for any help you can give.
