My first GoLive website - how to stream?

My first web site using GoLive is a fact (see <http://www.neon-electronics.org)>.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated (colors used, navigational issues, aso).
The biggest problem I had, was to choose a scriptable streaming format that could be used on PC and Mac, on Internet Explorer, Netscape and Safari. Until now, I stuck with the WMA format and the Windows Media Player, but this doesn't work on all platforms (see the Visuals and the Discography pages for examples).

Does anybody have a suggestion which format is the best (I know Flash is installed on almost all computers; but, I doubt about the quality)?
The solution should be scriptable (Javascript) and should be supported on as many platforms as possible.

Thanks
