I can't install lilo in large disk (13GB) - Please Help

When i setup linux, and do partition for linux in fdisk, it writes me that i
had more then 1024 cylinders on the disk, and it would make some problems,
the big problem with it is that i can't install lilo on MBR.
Please help me.
