I just installed Red Hat 6.0. When I type
ATDT087301001 in the shell, and press 'enter'
I'm prompted for my my login and password, which
result in a line of symbols in the shell screen.
Then, after a few seconds, I hear my modem hang
up. I have done no editing of the ppp file(or
directory?) because I don't know where it is.
I have entered values only in the 'minicom'
program.
Thanks for your advice.
