I am running slackware 96, with the 3.0.27 kernel. Is there any way the anybody can advise me to eliminate this process. It for for a single user machine that does not need to login. No special permission is needed to be given to the user, all the user needs to do is run a spreadsheet in X windows. If anybody has any help hints I can be emailed at panther@novanet.net.au. Kind Regards Panther
