It has yet to be proven that this was anything other than an accident.

Hint: partisan accusations do not constitute proof.

The total number of Clinton administration employees who have been convicted 
is: 1.

Webster Hubbell was convicted of a crime committed before Clinton's election.  
This, of course, is significantly fewer than the number of Reagan employees 
who were convicted...even if you ignore the ones who were released on 
technicalities and then had the audacity to run for public office.

Well, that and the fact that he deliberately violated the Constitution in 
order to retain power....

Is it your impression that the Supreme Court passes legislation (or did then)?

Your knowledge of political history is sketchy enough that I'm sure you'll 
understand if we consider your opinions to be somewhat ill-informed.  The 
Teapot Dome scandals broke shortly after the death of Warren G. Harding.
