Even though we may not be proud of the man occupying the office of
President, at the very least he should exemplify the moral and
ethical values of the voting populace. Has the moral and ethical
fiber of the citizenry decayed this much in just a few short years?

As recently as 1988 Gary Hart withdrew from the Presidential election
because of a wild weekend in the Bahamas. Now Bill Clinton is being
sued in Federal court after one of his escapades in a hotel room.

In 1974 Nixon resigned the Presidency as a result of misuse of a
single FBI file and the resulting cover-up. Who knows how many FBI
files Clinton and Craig Livingstone have spirited away for whatever
purpose.

The election of 1996 is not a question of Bill Clinton's character--
we already know that. The character of us as a nation and as
individual voters is the real question. If Bill Clinton is the
answer then we all fail.
