I have had problems with my @Home service also. It's great when it works.
But when it doesn't they sure leave you out in the dark. Fortunately I'm a
technician, because their telephone support lacks technical knowledge. The
only way I was able to get results, was by me calling @Home and pretending
that I was a VERY Happy customer and that I wanted to commend them on a job
well done. Then I asked for the name & telephone # to the General Manager in
Northern California. Once I got his number I immediately called him and
there was an @Home rep at my front door in 20 minutes. I also got 3 free
months for my inconvenience. I'm with you on the DSL. This is @Home's last
chance and DSL here I come.
