IMHO, this replacement animated Busy cursor for the "Hands" pointer scheme
more closely approximates the feeling one experiences when waiting for the
processor.

Forward this as email to all your friends!  And don't forget to attach the
Cmon Awready.ani file!

To install it, copy or save the attached file CmonAwready!.ani to the
\Windows\Cursor folder.  Open Control Panel\Mouse and click on the Pointers
tab.  Select Hands from the scheme drop-down list.  Click on the Busy
cursor specification button, then click on the Browse button.  Navigate the
file window until you are in the Windows\Cursors folder, find the file
CmonAwready!.ani, click on it, and click on the "Open" button.  Finally,
click OK.
