I've made a substitute animated "Wait" cursor for the "Hands" pointer
scheme which I feel more accurately reflects the actual state of mind
experienced when you are waiting for the processor.  It's called
CmonAwready!.ani, it's free, and its attached to this email!

Forward it as email to all your friends!  And don't forget to attach the
file Cmon Awready!.ani to the email like I forgot to do the last time I
sent this!  DUH!

Copy or save it to the \Windows\Cursor folder.  Open Control Panel\Mouse
and click on the Pointers tab.  Select Hands from the scheme drop-down
list.  Click on the "Busy" cursor specification button, then click on the
Browse button.  Navigate the file window until you are in the
Windows\Cursors folder, find the file CmonAwready!.ani, click on it, and
click on the "Open" button.  Finally, click OK.
