All of a sudden, I'm having a wierd problem with the MS Fax utility
bundled into MS Exchange.

I recently had to reinstall Win 95 and somehow in the process seem to
have lost the ability to bring up my cover page files and attach them
when sending faxes. 

The files (*.cpe) still exist in the Windows folder -- both the
templates that came with the program originally as well as the two new
ones I created -- and they all appear to still be intact. But when I try
to send a fax using the Fax Wizard, when I get to the "Do you want a
cover page?" screen, the "No" radio button is selected, and the "Yes,
send this one" option is unavailable (grayed-out). 

I assume this is because the program can't find the cover page files (no
choices are present in the drop-down menu of available cover page
choices). When I go into the "Options" screen to browse for cover page
files to open manually, I find them, but  I get an error message telling
me that the selected file "is already in the list of available cover
pages." 

I'm stumped. I've opened the files manually and they're all still
intact, but I can't seem to get MS Fax to let me attach them to my
outgoing faxes.

Any suggestions???? I'd really appreciate some help on this.
