I am back again after being silent for awhile. The comments on aliens brings
up a number of questions. Why is it easier for people to believe in the
existence of aliens than to believe in the existence of God? Is it less
threatening to believe mankind originated from alien experiments than to
believe in creation by a loving God. If there is no God did everything
happen by chance? Evolutionary teaching is still only a theory yet it takes
as much or more faith to believe in it than to believe in God's
existence.Blind faith is not confined within the walls of the church--it is
everywhere--yet in Bible teaching people are encouraged to think,to
ponder,to question. Is lack of interest in God based more on bad experiences
with professing Christians than it is on a serious investigation of the
evidence supporting belief in God? Some things to ponder.
