On the topic of defragging and FAT32, has anyone had bad experiences with Disk-keeper Lite that comes with Win2000beta. A friend of mine who lives up the hall from me recently installed Win2000 beta3 on his new 13gb HD. After much data transfer, he decided to defrag his 8gb FAT32 partition but needed to use his system before it finished defragging, Upon pressing stop, DK lite literally fragged all 7.5gb of files. Has anyone else experienced this problem under Win2000 beta with FAT32? I use DK lite on NTFS partitions under WinNT4 sp5 and have never had any trouble, including pressing stop. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
