In particular, set FILES= and CLIPPER=F# to the same number.  DOS will use the
lower of the two numbers.
Also, the clipper line should be: SET CLIPPER=F<#>;E0 - to turn off expanded
memory, which may not be an issue but as far as I can remember, this was
recommended.
