Yes maybe. Let me be a bit dense here... If *the local loop* is limiting
V34 to 31,2 (it's extremely unlikely to be in the digital section because
anybody with a clean local line (like me) gets 33,6 every time) then it
still seems strange to me that it doesn't affect the V90 connection.
