Aha! Someone has implemented RFC-1149 then? Getting back to the point,
8% is a single-figure percentage, but I'd thought that the actual figure
was more like 3 or 4 --- I'm sure I heard a spokeperson say something
like that on local radio the other day when Salisbury was eventually
upgraded. All the same, it's streets ahead of the USofA, where there are
still great chunks of non-digital trunks, if others' reports are to be
believed.
