After talking with a BT rep at an exhibition, I was informed that BT
would like to offer ISDN lines at a reduced rate. However, they are
being restricted by OFTEL who say that they are not allowed to charge
less to install than it costs them. No cross-subsidising (spelling?) or
however they planned to do it. So if you really want to complain to
someone, then try OFTEL, maybe if enough people do.... but probably not
:(
