     First of all, all the files you mentioned are binary. FreeAgent
decodes uue-encoded binaries (the ones that start out "begin44...",
but does not decode base64-encoded binaries (the ones that start out
"/9j/...", or whatever). If you like FreeAgent (and who doesn't?), go
ahead and get the latest version of Agent, which DOES decode all
binary picture files, including base64. It has a lot more features
than FreeAgent, and is a bargain, price-wise. If you don't want to do
that, let me know and I'll send you a small but efficient Base64
decoder which you can use to manually decode the Base64 files you save
to disk.
