I can't seem to overclock my system properly. If anyone else has had
problems overclocking their system and have similiar components, please tell
me what you did and what component it is. This is my rig:

PC Power & Cooling Personal Midtower Case w/ATX Power Supply
Asus P5A w/out Integrated Audio (BIOS ROM revision 1005)
AMD K6-2/300@3.0x100
PNY 64MB PC100 CAS3 8NS SDRAM DIMM (DIMM Slot 0)
Western Digital 6.4GB U/DMA U/ATA EIDE hard drive [AC36400]
Kenwood 40x40 ATAPI EIDE CD-ROM reader [UCR-401, ROM revision 106B]
Pioneer 32X Slot-Loading SCSI-2 CD-ROM reader [DR-U06S] (ID #2)
Iomega Zip Insider 100 ATAPI IDE Zip drive
Plain old Mitsumi 1.44" floppy drive (on Floppy Channel)
Adaptec AHA-2930B Retail PCI SCSI adapter
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Retail PCI sound adapter
Creative Labs 3D Blaster Voodoo2 12MB PCI graphics accelerator adapter
Matrox Millennium G200 8MB AGP video accelerator adapter [ROM revision 1.6]
Matrox Rainbow Runner G-Series PCI TV-Tuner add-in adapter
Logitech MouseMan+ bus mouse (on PS/2 Bus Mouse Port)
Plain old Mitsumi 104-key keyboard (on PS/2 Bus Keyboard Port)
ADI MicroScan 6P 19" monitor w/unpowered USB hub
Canon BJC-5000 color thermal inkjet printer (on LPT1)
3Com U.S.Robotics 56K v.90 external analogue modem (on COM1)
Microsoft Precision Pro digital USB joystick (on MicroScan USB Hub)
Microsoft Freestyle Pro digital USB gamepad (on MicroScan USB Hub)
Umax Astra 1220S color flatbed SCSI scanner (ID #5 on Adaptec 2930)

I'm trying to raise the multiplier to 3.5, but it won't boot; not even POST.
It's working just fine as it is now, but I'd really like to use it at 350.
Raising the bus rate does not yield happy results.
