You have to ways to fix this problem:

1) Buy a new motherboard (quite expensive and doesn't guarantee the
result because the clock on the new board may be slow too).
2) Download one of the time synchronization programs. This will keep
your clock correct. I can recommend Chronograph
(http://www.altrixsoft.com) There are freeware version and more
powerful snatdard version. I have been using it for two years and it
works good for me.
