Hi I'm Looking for a little information. I am looking for info on setting
up a website with live video access. I need hardware and software that can
handle multiple users simultaneously accessing the same video feed. Do I
need high end hardware, multiple PII-300's, Alpha's, or such, or can I do
it for a reasonable, a few thousand dollars, amount of money and equipment?
The connection is going to be expensive as hell unless I can do it over a
ISDN connection. Would NT be a good choice for OS? Or maybe Linux? I
have knowledge of general computer and hardware issues but this kind of
project is a little bit of a jump.
