His wife is college educated and so are his executives. If Gates had an
education he wouldn't be so dependent on others or as easily manipulated.
Perhaps he wouldn't be so insecure about what people think of him so that
he is trying to please everyone. He might have had the sense to hire
better staffers. Or perhaps he would have felt like taking some risk and 
using his own insight and creativity to come up with something really 
good and different!  Instead, he lets the women constantly comb his hair 
and fix his ties and tell him what to say and how to act! Arg...
