As I am a programmer (see previous messages) I am well able to
optimize my system. Regarding my previous comments about connecting,
you know full well this was with NetcGold and not with other programs.
I am NOT having any other problems. Please read my messages before
commenting on them.

ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR??? There is no need for personal abuse.
Okay, the following is an extract of an email sent to their customers

I suggest you check your facts before insulting anyone & calling them
a liar. BTW, I can support all my claims by evidence if necessary.

I gave them F E E D B A C K and got a rude email back. Nothing since.

If you insist on calling me a liar, I still have the last email I
received from them with their statements to me. You really should
trust people more. After all, I believe you when you say you have no
connection with Netcetera.

Of course I use NGs for support, as I am now. I have also helped many
people with problems in my own field. However, Netcetera wrote the
program so they should be experts in it. You know yourself that not
all messages get through to NGs. On the other hand, a properly run
business enterprise should be reliable. I paid Netcetera for support
so why shouldn't they give it?

I used the Lite version to try it out and it worked fine. However,
when I paid for it, I was given the "new" NetcGold.

Good for you! Of course, as you will appreciate, just because it
works on your system doesn't mean it works on all others. When it
doesn't, it is up to Netcetera to *at least* TRY to sort it out and
simply not to ignore my emails.

Nothing at all

Yes, as it worked OK for a time & then stopped.

About 100 MG

I defrag end of every month.

40 MG

Usually Netscape but no new programs were installed when it stopped
working.

Of course I want them solved! I paid for the program & I want it to
work! Isn't that simple enough to understand? You have called me a
liar (not to my face!) without knowing the facts. I have proof on
everything I've said. Please be constructive......
