How can I modify the destination port of an incoming TCP packet

Does anybody know what API can I use to monitor the destination port TCP
packet out/in of my
computer? Furthermore, is it possible that write a program which can alter
the destination port of
a packet before the packet is sent out or process by application? Is there
any sample code of this kind of function?(in VC or VB), thanks a lot.......

You need to ask this question in a group that specifically deals with
your platform and whatever package you are using for network
communication.

The C++ standard does not include any of this.

Excessive cross-posting is very bad usenet form. Please be more
considerate in the future.

Your question is off-topic in comp.lang.c++, which is for discussion
of the standard C++ language. That language has no built-in support
for networking of any kind.

To the other groups: Please remove comp.lang.c++ from the cross-post
list when replying. Thank you.
