I reciently was given an old 386dx25 computer. Seems that someone formatted
the hard drive from the ROM DIAGNOSTICS and since then c: drive can't be
found. On bootup it says that Drive Not Ready and if I use a boot disk in A
drive then try to go to C drive it says Invalid Drive Specification.
In the Rom Diagnostics I can do Seek Time tests and Read/Write/Verify tests
and it will work and you can hear the HD working.
The HD is a Western Digital 280... The settings that are marked on the top
of the drive are as follows.....
	47 - 980 - 10 - 863 - 979 - 17 - 81
Why can't I access this drive? Are the numbers wrong? What can I do to
revive this drive?
Please send any help to shsound@ican.net

Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me,
				Shawn
