The BlueWhite crash is likely caused by hardware. Our experience has
been that an occasional Fatal Exception at OE00028:.. is something
anyone might experience, a session failure. It seemed to be more common
in the 166MHZ machines. A persistent Fatal Exception or one at locations
other than 00028: is usually a hardware problem. We have dealt with this
twice in the last month, it was a harddrive on one system and a CPU on
the other, good luck.
