Overclocking AMD K6 200

I will overclock my CPU, AMD K6-200 to 225 MHz (3x75) or 249 MHz (3x83).
Question is that the cooling is strong enough. I have already the stronger
heatsink, applyed with the AMD, original.
Have I to do more and are there more special coolers on the market ?

My system: ASUS TX97-E , 64 MB SDRAM , Diamond Stealth 3D 2400 Pro, Seagate
and Quantum Fireball HD's.

Any suggestions ?
