I need some help. When I click on a hyperlink I get a message that Internet Explorer cannot open the site saying "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress" Then another window appears saying "The program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" Details - " EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff9a5d0." This does not happen all the time, just with a few hyperlinks. Thanks for your help in advance. Andy

The ID is Q187770. I cannot give you the substance because there is very little of it that I understand but the suggested workaround works. I hope someone can give you an answer that even I can understand. -- Ken Clark
