They do business in Chicagoland and don't have either a local or 800 number here. For anything related to billing you have to call a California number, and only Monday through Friday during business hours. Even getting new credit card information to them is a nightmare -- they can't do it at the local club! Also, my girlfriend and I did two contracts at the same time. Hers was ok, but mine was messed up (I was being overbilled each month). It took them almost a year to correct it!
