I'm not sure about instate calls. Check out their web site. www.1010345.com
I think.

All details are on their page. Biggest "gotcha" is a 10 cent conenction
charge.

1010811 doesn't have a connection charge, but they have a 30 cent minimum
that 1010345 doesn't have.

1010811 is also a rip off to Mexico. It is around 60 cents a minute while
1010345 is 30 cents.
