AT&T, MCI and Sprint are all doing this. Thanks to the new legislation
that went into effect at the beginning of this year. After I received
a bill for a no usage charge I called up MCI  and told them to shove
their long distance up their ass and I got a refund for the last 2
months.  There are a 1,000 companies out there looking for your
business with no minimum use charges. You shouldn't have to pay.
