We should all agree that all phone companies suck, one way or another... I use AT&T LD and Worldnet internet, the company can't get there act together, my bill has been screwed up for the last eight months... I learned how to talk to these people and they have "adjusted" my bill to compensate me for my "inconveinance". Every AT&T customer is on a different plan and its hard for them to keep up, I have taken advantage of this and recieved alot of FREE service from them. Good luck to you all.
