We are planning a commercial Internet service for South Africa.  The
obvious feed point would be the USA, but leased-line costs are
astronomical, and so we are considering a _much_ cheaper link to Europe.
However, we will then need to get access to the Internet in Europe,
presumably via EUNET.

Are there any other Internet providers in Europe?  Are there restrictions
on re-sale (we specifically want to be able to provide IP service to lots
of different networks to recover the cost of our link -- these networks
would want access to the Internet, and are commercial rather than
academic).

Does anyone know the e-mail address/snail-mail address/phone number/fax
number of the relevant people at EUNET?  Or of any other network in
Europe that can provide Internet access (anywhere from France to Russia,
and all points between would be fine)?

An alternative for us would be to lease a 64kbps or 2mbps line from
Europe to the USA.  Can anyone give us any pointers of where to start,
and what costs might be?

I realise that this is terribly vague, but we are casting around for
places to start looking and people to talk to.  I would appreciate
replies by mail, as our newsfeed is very unreliable, and I suspect that
this is not of general interest.
