Kuwait Airways - Be Ware

Not satisfied with Kuwait Airways handling of Reservation and
Re-confirmations procedures. Further, it is not easy to get any issues
resolved with Kuwait Airways Customer relations. I had hell of a time at
their booking office in New Delhi and ended up with 4 days of struggle
to get on board the flight and finally ended up coughing up lot of money
to get a one ticket by another airlines to get back to my destination.
Earlier I had been offloaded even after getting a reconfirmation over
the phone. It sure sounds like a scam.
I am still trying to contact Kuwait Airlines in New York and Kuwait. I
have only been confronted with mysterious silence sonce last six months,
once I did get a voice mail saying they are investigating. This incident
has already cost me a few thousand dollars.

Does anybody know how to address this issue. I there a place where I can
register my complaint.
