Hi! I'm interested in finding out more information about self -hypnosis for self-improvement use. (practical information that is.) If anyone has info on this please e-mail it to me. As well, I'm curious whether it is a general belief that these subliminal 'self-improvement' tapes I've seen in various bookstores actually do or do not work. I mean I know our ears can pick up sounds which we don't consciously interpret/hear. However, does this imply that someone telling us something a a low-volume (or however it's done (which if you ahve info on I'd be curious)) implies that we will take those words to heart. Thanks for any e-mailed info on either of these, or location of FTP site with said info. James Cummings jcumming@epas.utoronto.ca
