Yes,

I also had the samen problem
I've got two hard disks, and wanted to run both Win98 and linux.
This is the way:
First of all, you install Windows on a natural way. After that installation,
you install linux on any other harddisk partition you like, but SKIP the
lilo installation. instead, create a bootdisk.
after this, your computer will only start windows, and linux by bootdisk.
Goto linux, and copy the kernel to the windows partition using mount.
Goto windows, and there is de kernel from linux!
In windows, you need to copy the file loadlin.exe from the Cd-Rom of linux.
Put this file in the same dir.
Then you have to make some alterations to your system files: Msdos.sys,
config.sys and autoexec.bat.
With this file i will send you mines.
After you created the bootmenu in the config.sys file, you will be able to
boot both OS.
