Is this worth investigating or is it another fad? There are too many products and methods that promise quick weight loss and most are very misleading. When people lose a lot of weight quickly, it's mostly water and muscle, and if you lose weight too quick, you will gain it back. However some people say if you promote fat loss, it may take a little longer, but you will keep the fat off. There's an ebook being promoted on the net that promises to teach people how to lose the fat and keep the weight off. Has anyone heard of this program or tried it? Is it worth $20 bucks? Does it work? Any opinions? Here's the url... http://www.freeweightloss.com/ebook.html?hop=netpromote.123abc

Save your money, Joe. Fat loss is easily accomplished using freely available information, you don't need to pay $20 to get it. Pick a reasonable, balanced eating plan that takes the weight off at a rate of 1-2 pounds a week, and get 30 minutes of weight-bearing exercise most days of the week. The slower rate of weight loss keeps your body from going into panic mode and consuming your muscles and organs instead of fat. Do a little research using reliable sources, you'll find all the information you need. Here are a couple of places to start: http://www.goodhealth.com/livewell/nutrition/library/weightmgt.html http://www.ama-assn.org/insight/yourhlth/pernutri/lessweig.htm http://www.phys.com/b_nutrition/02solutions/diet_debunker/diet_debunker.html namaste sif Joe Davis <joe@lakejs.com> wrote in message news:C77S5.13236$n9.879481@newsread2.prod.itd.earthlink.net... | Is this worth investigating or is it another fad?
